RadioVizion.net is an internet radio brand founded in Atlanta, Georgia on September 2, 2001 by Jamal Whited. The station specializes in helping to give exposure to independent artist, businesses, entrepreneurs, and advertising services to a worldwide platform that has been developed by RadioVizion.net over the past years. It has served as a community based station giving local residents the opportunity to pay for air time in order to create their own shows. The central Alabama area is a prime location to offer this service in light of the fact that, there aren’t any professional environments that offer this service currently.
RadioVizion.net will serve the central Alabama communities as a Cyber café for Wi-Fi and wired internet usage. Cyber café visitors will be able to pay one low price for unlimited surfing for a designated time and have availability to video conference, surf the web, print, scan, and fax documents. The internet radio station portion will broadcast live 24/7 365 and be equipped for broadcasting for a live studio audience, hosting multiple weekly programs. The location will sell RadioVizion.net brand related merchandise, urban apparel, mix tapes, and male/female Paparazzi accessories.
This proposal outlines the revenue required to make a successful transition to the central Alabama location, startup expenses to setup professional appearance and to promote a huge Grand Opening celebration, plus the expenses for operations for the first 6 months in the new location.

The Plan:
Phase 1
Step 1 Secure licensing necessary to conduct business legally in the city of Sylacauga, Alabama and become an active member of the Sylacauga Chamber of Commerce.
Step 2 Print 10k promotional flyers for station, Live Shows, Sponsor Opportunities, Airtime Opportunities, and App and saturate for 3 weeks leading up to 1st show. Have flyer published in local newspapers. Produce slideshow commercial to place on television stations. Produce audio commercial to place on local radio outlets. Create event and press release on blogs and social media for shows and huge grand opening. Begin making sales calls to local businesses for sponsorship and advertisement campaigns for website, shows, and rotation.
Step 3 Clearly outline 3 to 4 signature programs 3 hours long for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for weekly programming. Print 5k promotional flyers for each show outlined and saturate local communities.
Step 4 Procure merchandise, and setup location for live programs, showroom floor, and Wi-Fi stations plus radio booth for rear of storefront .Visit local educational institutions and place promotions for internships available.
Step 5 once we have operated for 6 weeks, present huge Grand Opening with ribbon cutting ceremony and press and media day.
Phase 2
Step 1 Begin selling airtime for new shows to be hosted on RadioVizion.net platform at $79.00 per hour. This gives each individual show the opportunities for its own sponsorship, advertising, and promotions programs. The 6 month goal is 50 live shows per week. (Clearing $3950.00 per week meeting 50 hour weekly requirement)
Step 2 Begin weekly www.MEETUP.com sessions to continue popularity generating plus merchandise sales. We will continue to saturate promotional material heavily until we can count on a weekly full house for live audience shows.
