This is a remix of the 2001 Jay-Z classic from the Blueprint album. The song incorporates a part of my own personal story with some of the challenges we are all facing and dealing with in 2024. It also serves as a voice of encouragement for our youth.
The video was filmed at Prophecy Studios in Mesquite, Texas, which is an excellent location for any photography or video shoot. Ben-G-Filmz did a fantastic job of filming, directing, and editing the video. It doesn't hurt that K-Rob, like many of the most successful and innovative singers, hails from the Midwestern as his uncles - The Isley Brothers, John Legend, O'Jays, Tracy Chapman to Boz Scaggs. He honed his craft at Tennessee State University (TSU) in Nashville, TN, through a diligent work ethic and began developing his vocal acuity as a vocalist with the renowned TSU Jazz Band. During this time, Robertson toured and performed in various groups and festivals. He recalls, "My college experience enhanced my experience as a versatile lyricist."

In April 2022, Robertson released his popular rendition of the iconic "Caravan of Love," originally penned by his uncle Isley-Jasper-Isley.
